Size 10 turns out to be size 12 at least. Most importantly, no response when I ask for a change back to the correct size. I'm not even asking for a refund. I do not understand why the rating is 90+% given such service. Perhaps it's fake data. And amazon.com is adopting a hands-off attitude.
