Customer Rating: Summary: Garbage customer service Comment: I purchase well over $5,000 through Amazon every year. I have had nothing but excellent service and support from their staff. However this product is sold through an affiliate of theirs. I contacted the seller when I received this gaudy ring to let him know that the ring came scratched. He told me that once I opened the box to see the ring it was no longer warrantied. I ask you to avoid purchasing from someone with awful service. Especially when the logic they use to justify not providing warranty service to someone is flawed. How could I see the ring without opening the box it came in?
There are dozens of great sales people that use Amazon as a means to reach out to customers and to provide them with a reasonable value for minimal cost, this gentlemen is not one of them.
