Summary: could not be happy enough
Comment: i bought this ring as a late christmas present for my Girl friend and She loved it. the quality was great and it is such an elegant ring. but more impressive was the service. i ordered the ring on the 20th and it was too late for chrismas but Thomas helped me out and had it shipped on the same day and i got it in a little over 24 hours!!!!!!! it really brightened my Christmas. i can not thank him enough

Comment: I ordered this ring for my Wife's Birthday in September(September is Sapphire)and, since it was a surprise gift, I was not sure of the correct sizing. As it turned out it was 1/2 size too small. Customer service at Finejewlers was most courteous and pleasant in having the ring resized at no cost. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the ring and the quality of service provided by Finejewelers.

Comment: I love "Midnight Blue" or "Black" Sapphires. They match everything and I get to wear them every day. I got a ring and matching earrings from the same company, and I am very happy with them. The Ring is exquisite and very elegant. The Sapphire is large and perfect, very dark, with no inclusions at all. The diamonds are very white, brilliant and clean. The ring is solid and very well made, and arrived in just a few days. We were all very impressed with the quality of the ring and the overall packaging, consisting of an expensive ring box, set inside a white box and a velvet bag.
